Kroger is known for its great selection of grocery items and good prices.
But some Kroger shoppers are taking the convenience of the online pharmacy even further by shopping at a Kroger grocery store without actually going to a Krogers store.
Kroger has announced a partnership with Amazon to allow customers to purchase items from its online store at a discount price.
That means customers can save money when buying groceries at grocery stores.
But Kroger’s announcement comes on the heels of an investigation by the Department of Justice that found the company was violating the Fair Food Law, which prohibits retailers from using “disadvantaged access” or “disparate treatment” to sell food.
The DOJ report found that Kroger “did not treat customers equally when it purchased groceries online,” and the company has said that it is working to “improve its practices and procedures.”
Kroger said in a statement to ABC News that it has been cooperating with the investigation.
