The pharmacy that provides services for King Sooper’s brand of Mexican street drugs sold more than $100,000 worth of marijuana in the first two weeks of 2016, the pharmacy’s website shows.
According to the website, King Soopers sells its branded drugs through a combination of retail outlets and wholesale distributors.
The website also shows that in February and March, the chain purchased $4.3 million worth in marijuana from a licensed producer.
In February, the site said, the company sold the drugs at a wholesale price of $2.99 per gram.
In March, it reported that the company purchased $8.3 in marijuana at a retail price of about $2 per gram, but the total sales for that month was $12.7 million.
In January, the drugstore chain reported $8,500 in sales from marijuana, but its website said it sold $7.6 million worth.
In August, the King Soops website reported $6.5 million in sales.
In September, the website reported that it had sold $5.5 billion worth of branded marijuana, $3.5 trillion in value.
