But for those who struggle to live a life without drugs, there are a few things to keep in mind: 1.
Keep your drug use a secret.
As with any addiction, if you’ve been using, it will come out.
It’s important to keep that in mind as you consider your options.

Don’t go overboard.
Even if you think you’re on the path to recovery, it’s important not to go overboard with your drugs, especially if you’re just starting out.
In fact, you should consider taking fewer drugs to keep yourself on track.
The more you use, the less likely you are to relapse.

Keep a list of your contacts.
You want to keep your contacts alive.
You don’t want to leave yourself open to abuse.

Get a doctor’s referral.
If you’re feeling better, but still struggle with drug addiction, you might want to consider a doctor.
If the doctor can help you find a more effective treatment plan, he or she might recommend you take a drug test or a drug counselling program.
It doesn’t have to be something that’s completely out of the question.

If it’s something you really do want to do, find a job.
If all else fails, you can still work at home, or you can go back to school.

Get your life back on track by getting help.
The best thing you can do is to get help.
Talk to your therapist, get tested, and get help with any problems that arise.
If they can help, you’ll be on your way.

Find a friend who is doing it right.
You might not know you’ve got an addiction, but if you have a friend, you know that someone who’s been through this, someone who has been helped, has been able to overcome their addiction, and is doing what they need to do to get the help they need, that’s worth something.
